Had peaceful stay of 4 nights. Patient staff was available all the time. When we checked in, twin room with terrace was ready.

Even though everything was excellent, some of the staff were kind of rude.

The room was brand-new and compact, and with a great view of the mountains and the pilgrim site. The bed was nice, we had a good rest.

The hotel was PERFECT and fairly clean, it had free wi-fi, its location was fantastic very close to the church. This was an excellent stay, good prices. The staff were outstandingly accommodating, and the public parking was available. The services were excellent.

The hotel was gorgeous and I appreciated the streets of Lourdes. The entire staff was very, very nice and pleasant. My room was well-maintained and new-fashioned with terrace. It was about 15 km from the airport. Actually everything was great, my next choice again in Lourdes.

The room was well-maintained, also it had smoke detectors. The location was incredible, within easy walking distance of Sainte-Bernadette. Liked the downstairs bar.

I was pleasantly surprised by this hotel. the value for money is outstanding. For such reasonable prices, I was able to enjoy a comfortable stay with all the basic amenities I needed. The location is also a major plus, as it is situated right in the heart of the town, making it incredibly convenient to access the sanctuary. Additionally, the staff were friendly and attentive, ensuring that all my needs were met. The room itself was clean and spacious, with two double beds and a terrace to enjoy the view. The bathroom was also spotless and the bed provided a comfortable night's sleep. Lastly, it was wonderful to have breakfast included, allowing me to start each day right.

This brand new hotel impressed me with the cleanliness and the friendly staff. Internet speed was great, and the location was near a café and a gate. The front desk staff provided useful information.

The breakfast quality was below average and the food didn't seem fresh.
